Very thorough and took the time to explain her concerns, the process and what to expect with the next step. Her assistant was very friendly, had a positive attitude and was a pleasure to talk to. The x-ray department was also very pleasant and friendly. The experience was great from check in to check out. Very impressed and highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could. Much better than the first person I saw at a different office.

They were very helpful and willing to listen. Dr. Megan L. Charboneau was who I saw. I was referred there to speak with her about herniated discs in my back. She didn't offer the treatment that I was referred to her for, but she was willing to listen, and it turns out, is she knew somebody that might offer a myriad of spinal regenerative therapies and she's referred me to them. She also took a look at my hip unprompted, and managed to get x-rays within the same visit. It was really nice to be listened to by a doctor rather than talked at as if I don't know what hurts in my body and where. It wasn't a quick you're in and you're out with a prescription kind of visit. I would highly recommend it for anybody that's not had any luck finding a doctor that's willing to listen.

He is very caring and listens to all my concerns. Sharing what his treatment plan is for my knee surgery and reassuring me of a good outcome. He makes me confident in his skill as my surgeon. I highly recommend him. His staff very tentative to all my needs, friendly and made me comfortable with the process.

From start to finish, with meeting with the P.A to getting my in-house MRI, then my surgery at the surgery center with Dr. Steedman. Went smoothly and everyone was so nice and explained all procedures and testing thoroughly. The nurses and staff were very helpful. Very impressed with the surgery center and it makes it convenient to have everything in one building. Thank you all for my exceptional care.

Everyone was super nice and I knew I was in good hands. Very relaxed experience for me because I get anxious when meeting new people and especially Doctors, however this meeting was quick and to the point but not at all rushed. I sincerely suggest this Dr.

Dr. Vajapey is very caring and patient. She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns promptly. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone who is facing the same type of procedure (total hip replacement).

A great experience! Everyone from the reception, to the x-ray technicians, the Doctor and environment are welcoming, kind, detail oriented and very helpful. The Doctor took her time to explain my situation, options and walked me through the whole process.

Doctor Bowers already came highly recommended but I have had nothing but great experiences in his office. I appreciate him and I'm thankful for my surgery and him listening to what worked best for me. Instead of making me spend months doing things that ultimately weren't helping, he choose to help me get my life back and start the process from surgery to recovery.
